We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
Most returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a gift card. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Please note: Please ensure to package each order separately. If multiple orders are returned inside a single return package, your return will require additional time to process. You will not receive credit for any non-eligible items returned.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we received the returned item, we'll decide if you are qualified for a full refund or partial refund after inspecting the item and the process will take 3-5 days.
The fashion dresses for less team issues refunds to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
- Is canceled by Fashion Dresses for Less.
- One or more of your items sold out since your order was processed
- Item(s) proved to be received damaged, defective, or incorrect
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong thing so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please be advised, however, that the following item(s) cannot be returned:
- Innerwear/underwear/swimwear due to hygiene reasons.
An exception can be made for items deemed faulty and cannot be fixed or replaced by the store as per Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
If you do not have your original receipt, we will allow customers to make a like-for-like exchange for the same item or the current value of the item, whichever is lower at the time of return. For example, you can change the size or the color of an item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
